Lab Inspection

When you send parts to our facility to be inspected, you can anticipate a prompt turnaround time and a detailed report explaining a number of things including: procedures, specifications, part identification, pass/reject and many other important items. The reports can also be adjusted to add any information you may need. As always customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Small Capacity Lab

Our corporate office and small capacity lab is located at 701 W. Waterford Ave. in Milwaukee, WI. and has the following features:

• 5,200 Square Foot Shop
• Loading Dock
• 4,000 Lbs. Capacity
• 16’ Overhead Door
• 2 X-Ray Vaults

In addition to the above the Waterford Lab has the following equipment:

• Horizontal Mag Inspection Units
• Zyglo Inspection Station
• 420 Kv and 160 Kv X-Ray Units
• Iridium and Cobalt Gamma Ray Sources
• Various other inspection equipment

Large Capacity Lab

Our large capacity lab is located at 6600 W. Washington Ave. in West Allis, WI. and features the following:

• 6,000 Square Foot Shop
• 60 Ton Capacity
• 16’ Overhead Door
• Dual 60/15 Ton Overhead Crane
• 5 Ton Turntable

In addition to the above, the Large Capacity Lab has the following equipment:

• 6 Mev Linatron
• 320 Kv X-Ray Unit
• Various other equipment
